Top 5 nonnegotiables that will help you crush your weight goals

Hey, what's up everyone, Tanya Zucco here, helping women 40 plus lose fat, master their hormones, so they can look and feel their very best. So, hope everyone's doing amazing.

And today, I wanted to give you all five of my tips, the five daily non negotiables that you should do if you want to crush your health goals and fat loss goals. Now, these are things that are not huge things to do, but they are certainly things that done consistently over time are going to add up and really create that transformation for you. Okay, you ready? Okay.

So, the first thing is no sugar, okay? Avoid all those sugary treats, any added sugars, processed sugars, especially anything with sugar as one of its top three ingredients.

Okay, so number two is eat in an eating window. Okay, otherwise known as intermittent fasting done correctly, but eat within an eating window. Okay? If this is something that you've never done before, start with doing 14-10. Okay, ideally, you want to work up to sort of 16 -8 being ideal for most people, okay? Again, this can be individualized, but certainly eat within an eating window. Okay, meaning fast for 14 to 16 hours and then eat during your eating window, which is an eight to 10 hour eating window. Okay.

The third tip is you want to eat two cups of non starchy vegetables daily, okay? Not only is this going to help keep your gut moving, which is super important, but it's also going to weed out some of those other calories that you might want to include in your diet instead of those things. Okay, so you want to include those two cups of non starchy veggies every day.

Okay, number four. And this can be hard for some people, but if you are committed and you switch your day around a little or make some intentional changes to your schedule, you can do this. So the fourth thing is stop eating three hours before bed. Okay, stop eating three hours before bed, it doesn't mean have dinner, and then have a snack and then have another snack, stop eating. Okay.

And then the fifth thing is have daily bowel movements. Okay, this is super important. If you are not, this is definitely something you need to work on. And how about in the next video, I'll cover my top tips on making sure you're having daily bowel movements. All right, super important.

So number one, avoid sugar. Number two, eat in your eating window. Number three, get those two cups of starchy veggies. Number four, stop eating periodic before bed. And number five have daily bowel movements.
