Species: physician assistant, functional medicine practitioner, nutritionist, health & life coach, dog mom.

Habitat: British by passport...but born in Dubai and lived there for 15 years, moved to the states at age 15 alone to pursue her professional water-skiing career, has travelled all over the world, but currently resides in her much-preferred warm tropical climate of Sarasota, Florida.

Diet: Omnivore.  Daily functioning is found to be most optimal with 6-8 servings of vegetables, ample protein, 1-2 servings of chocolate, some caffeine, and let's not forget the glass of wine.  

Activity: Spends 4-5 days in the gym strength training and 6 days a week running, cycling, and swimming.  Loves competition: racing triathlons and running events. Loves being outdoors, on the water, having dinner parties with friends, and reading by the pool.
